Attest and Lucid Sign Long-Term Agreement As ResTech Industry Continues to Flourish

The nearly five-year partnership continues to grow as both companies embrace a technology-first future to deliver consumer insights at speed and global scale

17 December 2021 – LONDON – Lucid®, a leading provider of programmatic research technology, and Attest, a SaaS consumer research platform for today’s fastest-scaling and biggest brands, today announced a new multi-year agreement.

Continued uncertainty, drive for greater understanding of trends, and ambition for growth have magnified the need for business owners and brands across industries to better understand rapidly changing consumer sentiments and behaviors. This shift has exponentially expanded demand for insight, and also rapidly broadened the research and research technology industry across the globe.

Lucid and Attest have matured and grown rapidly over the last several years. Both companies have also benefited from driving the momentum in the growth of research, with Attest closing an over $60 million dollar Series B round of funding in October, and with Lucid entering into an agreement to be acquired by Swedish research firm Cint for $1.1 billion, which is expected to close by the end of the year. This follows a year of record growth across the EMEA region for Lucid, and record global growth in the last 12 months for Attest.
