Plus, you don’t have to manually send email updates; the system does everything for you! And suppliers see all changes made to your survey in real-time.

Many of our software subscribers like to use our services team for running especially complex or niche studies.  

3) I have a small team – will this add too much time to my day-to-day work?

Nope. In fact, this will save time. Instead of sending multiple email updates to multiple suppliers multiple times per day, you can update your quotas and targeting criteria in one place, and our system will update everyone for you. Software not only saves you money, but time as well.

4) New software means training! How will I learn how to use it effectively?

Don’t worry – a software subscription doesn’t mean you lose support from our team! Each software subscription comes with a designated Customer Success Manager (CSM). All Lucid CSMs are platform experts that can coordinate onboarding and training for new users. Your CSM will help you every step of the way and continue to be a resource for you (and your team) throughout the lifecycle of your account.
