Lucid, the leading global programmatic platform for buying and selling sample, announced the launch of its EMEA headquarters. A symbol of the company’s global expansion, Lucid’s London-based office will serve as a launchpad for its continued development in EMEA.

Ben Hogg (pictured above), Managing Director, International at Lucid said, “The launch of our EMEA HQ is done with our clients and employees in mind. We want to be as close to our customers as possible – that’s why we’re expanding our offices in London and adding more throughout the world.” Hogg added, “This move brings a feeling of permanence to both our clients and employees. Our success and growth have prevented us from staying in an office for longer than a year, and with Knotel we have finally found a place to call ‘home.’”

The EMEA office in Finsbury is the first regional headquarters to emerge from Lucid’s global headquarters in New Orleans, Louisiana. It is also the company’s first centralised hub for all functions in the region – providing opportunities for hiring new talent and further expanding Lucid’s global footprint.

Nicole Patel (pictured below), Chief People Officer at Lucid said, “Just two years ago, the London office had fewer than 10 employees, and now we have more than 50. That substantial growth meant we had to find a partner that could grow with us – we have tremendous faith in Knotel to create the flexibility for our rapid development.”

Lucid’s EMEA headquarters will also enable its multilingual team to continue expanding in Northern, Southern, and Central Europe. Lucid’s EMEA team represents over 19 nationalities and speaks more than 28 languages. The London office alone provides services and software to hundreds of countries in the region.

“Lucid demands the speed and flexibility that we can deliver,” said Tom Dugarin, UK General Manager at Knotel. “Knotel provides workspace for enterprise and fast growing companies, and we’re happy to see so much growth in such a short period of time.”

Since 2016, Lucid has seen a tremendous increase in global hires, and London has always been the centre of it all – and the launch of its EMEA headquarters will amplify this development.
