Lucid is looking for a Client Services Analyst to join our sales team. The Client Services Analyst will work closely with other team members to support projects and clients across the board.  The Analyst will be the first line of assistance for client needs such as project management, troubleshooting and new feature requests.  As an entry level position, the Analyst will have an opportunity to learn about the Market Research Industry as well as understand the operations of a Technology company.  

This is a remote position based in Los Angeles, California. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with pricing and feasibility for Market Research sampling projects
  • Understand client requirements and develop specifications to deliver requirements
  • Learn the industry and our company by executing sampling projects
  • Work to develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing requirements
  • Monitor usage of the proprietary survey and bidding platform
  • Classify submitted bugs and issues by the severity of their impact
  • Resolve client needs for support in project management
  • Provide friendly user assistance

Requirements/Experience

  • B.A. or B.S. with interest in a sales career path in a fast growing New Orleans company
  • Market research industry experience 
  • 1-3 year’s work experience preferred
  • Thrives in a customer focused environment
  • Enjoys solving problems and prefers analytical methods
  • Easily able to grasp and retain new knowledge
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely thorough and detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and independent worker, who can thrive in a fast paced environment
