How long does it usually take for studies to start fielding?

Most studies begin fielding within hours of being launched – although the fielding time will vary, based on the length of your survey, cost per interview (CPI), and the audience you’re targeting. Harder-to-reach audiences may take longer to field. 

Where are Lucid respondents sourced?

There are a few different ways that respondents are sent to surveys. Some respondents participate in online research panels, where they receive rewards for completed surveys. Others opt into rewards or loyalty programs that provide incentives via online games or apps. We also source respondents from online publishers who send their web traffic to surveys. The Lucid Quality Program evaluates our supply partners to ensure that customers receive high quality survey results.

What kind of security measures are in place to ensure that my results are high quality?

Lucid has default survey protection built in for all customers, on all surveys. Additionally, we have partnered with a number of survey platforms to provide easy enablement of advanced security features, such as Secure Client Callback (SCCB) and Hashing.
