He has a long history of success in Customer Experience (CX) applications, with a focus on sales, service, social, and commerce. As Lucid continues to expand, Allen is overseeing the North America team driving sales in both traditional and emerging markets. With a wealth of business development and leadership experience, Allen is deeply focused on the sales strategy of Lucid’s Marketplace software and media measurement products.
