Stephanie Comardelle has extensive experience in the tech and cloud services industry. With her collaborative, data-driven approach, Stephanie has driven global value realization and positive outcomes for Lucid and its customers. She is deeply focused on cross functional alignment. As Chief of Staff, and in her prior role as Vice President of Customer Experience, Success, & Services, she has contributed to cultural and operational changes that align organizational and customer goals. From 2012 to 2018, Stephanie served in multiple leadership roles at ServiceNow. In each of these roles, she spearheaded segments and initiatives that improved processes, optimized product/portfolio offerings, and enhanced the customer experience. She also held positions at Computer Sciences Corporation, International Matex Tank Terminals, Unisys Corporation, Northrop Grumman Information Technology (where she received the Plexus Award for ITSM implementation), Biometric Identification Systems, as well as an Integration and Transition Manager for Human Capital Management.
Stephanie has completed the Women’s Leadership Academy (WLA) and holds both a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. She served with the United States Marine Corps and was an adjunct instructor at Loyola University from 2004-2012.
