Compliance

Lucid adheres to the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework published by the U.S. Department of Commerce (“Principles,” “Privacy Shield,” or “Privacy Shield Program”).

GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which was implemented on May 25, 2018, outlines new privacy and security requirements for organizations that process personal data from EU individuals. It strengthens existing data privacy laws in the European Union (EU), and broadens the privacy rights of EU citizens. Lucid is GDPR compliant.
